Easy Onion Tomato Chutney Recipe / Red Chutney for Idli & Dosa
This particular is usually my go to chutney for idli or dosa, This particular is usually so easy to make along with also also taste genuinely yummy. I like to have This particular with idli, dosa or kuzhipaniyaram. I like to add little extra oil just for This particular chutney along with also also the oil which i prefer to use is usually gingelly oil because of its aroma along with also also taste.
I already have few product of onion tomato chutney in my blog. I dont make the same chutney twice. I like to experiment with the chutney.

Serves : 3 to 4
Ingredients:
Onion - 1 large peeled along with also also chopped
Tomato - 1 large chopped
Dry Red Chillies - 3 to 4
Garlic - 3 fat cloves peeled
Tamarind - 1 tsp
Gingelly Oil - 2 tblspn
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Take onion, tomato, chilli, garlic, tamarind in a blender along with also also make This particular into a fine puree.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard along with also also let This particular crackle.
Add within the ground puree, salt along with also also cook till oil separates.
Serve with idli or dosa or kuzhipaniyaram.
