I asked hubby to get some ginger through the supermart. When he handed me the baggie i saw that will he bought This kind of mango ginger instead of normal ginger. Makes 250 grams
Ingredients:
Maa Inji / Mango Ginger - 250 grams
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice - 1/2 cup
Green Chillies - 10 chopped
Method:
Wash, peel as well as also also slice maa inji. Set aside.
Take that will in a bowl. Add in salt, chillied as well as also also lemon juice. Mix well as well as also also set aside.
Notes:
1) This kind of pickle can be had instantly. however pickling that will for one or two day before serving makes that will taste better.
2)This kind of can be stored that will in fridge for over 3 to 4 weeks.
3)Always use clean dry jar as well as also also spoon when handling.
